Neo-Nazi Terrorist Attacks Stopped in Poland

A number of terrorist acts planned by neo-nazi groups in Poland have been allegedly averted after police raids by the International Security Agency (ABW in Polish). According to Polish News website and the Metro daily newspaper,
"Terrorists wanted to plant bombs in refugee centres and places where the Jews or homosexuals meet. They also planned a series of arson attacks."

A number of suspects connected to the notorious 'Blood and Honour' neo-fascist organisation had their apartments raided and searched by police. One of the arrested people had the instructions for violent assaults on him. 30 year old Adam P. was working as a local official and residing in Białobrzegi near Kraków.
The agency reported that
“At his place, among other things, ABW found materials with anti-Semitic content as well as instructions for Nazi groups operating in Poland. They included detailed information on, for example, methods of intimidation, arson and bomb attacks.”

Futhermore the ABW stated that Adam P. was in possession of fascist brochures, posters and books, as well as a uniform with fascist emblems. He is suspected of running an enterprise which was distributing books, magazines and CDs produced both in Poland and abroad (USA and Germany) which he sold through the Internet.
“Their contents promoted fascism, encouraged racial hatred and undertaking destructive action against the state,” ABW reported.
These arrests are very welcome news, and if the alleged planned terrorist actions are proved true then it is of great alarm for all anti-fascists. Of course we are not surprised by fascist scum's willingness to be violent, but if they were planning to launch such serious attacks against groups promoting tolerance here in Poland it is a clear symbol that they are very desperate and feel they are losing the battle and have decided that there has to be a more sinister turn in their normal scaremongering tactics.

Its good to see that the ABW have turned their attention to some actual dangerous types as opposed to bothering middle-aged women!

Yes indeed, it'll be interesting to see if any prosecution unfolds from this, the evidence put forward, the testimony of the defendant et al. Are you aware of any such cases of neo-nazis in the recent past here?
